If I could leave a review specifically for Dr. Klein, it would absolutely be 5 stars. I previously saw Dr. Klein for extractions, and he was wonderful. The staff was also great, and I had zero complaints about that experience. Unfortunately, this review is specifically regarding Dr. Kronenwetter. I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Klein for an additional issue, but somehow ended up being scheduled with Dr. Kronenwetter. I was willing to see whoever was available, but after waiting three months for this appointment, I was honestly shocked by the experience. I was referred back to AOMS by both my dentist and orthodontist because neither could determine the cause of a hard, bony protrusion above my gum line. After taking an X-ray, Dr. Kronenwetter told me, β€œI don’t know what it is, but I don’t know what to tell you. I can’t help you.” I asked whether he thought it could be the root of my canine. He responded that he didn’t know and that I needed to talk to my orthodontist because it was ultimately up to him whether the tooth should remain in the bone. I explained that my orthodontist was actually the one who referred me to AOMS because he wasn’t sure what the protrusion was either. I

BEST DR AND NURSES IN TOWN!!! Dr Kimberly is amazing! He always puts his patience first!! He not about the all mighty dollar, just genuinely cares about people!!! For his assistant Maxine..she is an absolute ANGEL πŸ˜‡ She held my hand through an entire procedure because she knew how anxious I was about having a tooth pulled!! We take our entire family there, and wouldn't even think about going anywhere else!!!! Thank you Dr Kimberly and Maxine, we truly appreciate you!!!!

My wife and I had a slightly traumatic experience. The surgeon, Nathaniel Kronenwetter, was rude, unprofessional, and profane toward my wife, who was anxious for her operation. He had zero tolerance for someone with anxiety. My wife passed out as a result, and there was no indication of care. I was not even notified that she had passed out when we were told to leave. I do appreciate having our money back, and I believe there were some staff who were sympathetic. Perhaps Kronenwetter was having an off day, but that doesn't matter in a professional setting. If you go here, I would recommend Dr. Kimberly or Klein.

I am all about great staff, especially when it comes to my child. Each and everyone of them, from the front desk - Amanda & Gabby, nurses - especially Maxine, and Dr. Klein are terrific! They explain everything thoroughly and are very friendly. My daughter had an oral procedure done and they eased my mind. Recommend if looking for an office that cares about their patients! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Tough review for me. A wisdom tooth removal at 38 years of age is not ideal. So it was not a prefect extraction. There was a bone fragment, and had to go in again. The only thing I had issues with was getting a hold of the office for the issue with the bone fragment. They seem to be very busy and have a high demand for their services. And I also felt the prep meeting with the doctor and the after check were a little too fast for me. At the end they took care of everything and if there was another oral surgery needed, I would still go back
